CDC is conducting a survey to better understand how awardees are implementing the Colorectal Cancer Control Program (CRCCP). The survey will provide CDC information about activities conducted during DP20-2002 [program year] by CRCCP awardees. Survey results will be used to improve the program. A report summarizing results will be generated for each awardee.
