TREE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM APPLICATION FOR TREES,
BUSHES, AND VINES
This form is the application for TAP payments and is used by eligible orchardists
and nursery tree growers who lost eligible trees, bushes, or vines due to disaster.
Producers must visit the Administrative County to file the CCC-899 when applying
for relief for Tree Assistance Program Application for Trees, Bushes, and Vines
program payment.
