Aircraft disinsection is currently
required in 14 countries for arriving military aircraft. Most of
those countries require documentation proving that disinsection
occurred. The Armed Forces Pest Management Board published
Technical Guide 4 (TG4) to standardize requirements for
disinsection of DoD aircraft to meet foreign country requirements.
TG4 requires completion of DD Form 3044 to certify disinsection.
Respondents are DoD-contracted Pest Managers.
