Abstract: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which the partnership activities implemented to increase HIV awareness among the general public, reduce new HIV infections among disproportionately impacted populations, and improve health outcomes for people living with HIV and AIDS in United States and its territories meet the overarching goals for dissemination and communication and implementation of national engagement efforts.

Short Statement: This is a reinstatement request for ICR 0920-1161. There are no program changes or adjustments. We are requesting additional time to use the remaining approved burden hours; 13,086 hours: 9,360 hours for the metrics database (3,120 hours annually), 150 hours for key informant interviews (50 hours annually), 480 hours for interim progress reports (160 hours annually), 600 hours for partner surveys (200 hours annually), and 2,496 hours for partnership activities (832 hours annually).
