We are submitting a non-substantive change request to adjust the burden. Specifically, we are adjusting the burden upward from 51,750 hours to 133,933 hours, an increase of 82,183 hours. The adjustment associated with this non-substantive change request is due to an analysis of survey volumes submitted to date for these HISP programs.
