This is a revision request for OMB# 0920-1050.The goal of Drug Overdose Response Investigations (DORI) is to collect data in response to an urgent request from a state or local public agency to inform responses to control a local drug overdose epidemic and when it meets the criteria, approval will be sought for information collection to be conducted under this Generic Information Collection Request.
