The current approval for this generic clearance expires in June 2021; however, ONC has reached the previously approved burden estimates faster than anticipated. This non-substantive change request is being made to: 1) Correct prior information provided during ONC’s previous request for information collections (IC) under this generic clearance (“Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery”), and, 2) Submit a request to increase the number of responses and hours available through the generic clearance. ONC has identified multiple projects that will use the fast-track process with ONC’s generic clearance before it expires in June 2021. Additionally, ONC would also like to request the correction of a few typos in the generic clearance text.
