Abstract: The information collected on NRC Form 446 is required to justify and receive approval for official international travel by individuals who are not federal employees or who are not traveling under the provisions of an active NRC contract. The information collected is required to coordinate with and obtain approval from the appropriate U.S. Department of State Chief of Mission (COM). Absent the collected information, the official travel may not be approved.
