Abstract: The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness will sponsor a study to assess the level of access and cooperation recruiters currently experience with schools from around the country, identify high school practices and school/school district policies that may facilitate or hinder recruiter access and provide recommendations to OSD on how to improve current recruiter practices and high school compliance.
