Piping logic:

If the respondents query through an agent (“yes” to Q 8.5) but not directly (not “yes” to Q 8.1), they will be directed to Module 9 and then 10 and then 13.

If they query through an agent but also query directly (“yes” to both Q 8.1 and Q 8.5), they will be directed to Module 9, then 10, 11, 12 and 13.

If they query directly (“yes” to Q 8.1) but not through an agent (not “yes” to Q 8.5), they will be directed to Module 10, then 11, 12 and 13.

If they have not queried themselves (not “yes” to Q 8.1), their organization has queried (“yes” to Q 8.2), and their organization uses an agent (“yes” to Q 8.5), they will be directed to Module 9, then 10, then 13 about perceptions.
