Abstract: DOL is required by the USMCA Implementation Act to establish and monitor a web-based hotline as an information collection system. This USMCA web-based hotline serves as an electronic portal to collect and receive confidential information regarding labor issues among USMCA countries directly from interested parties, including Mexican workers.
