Joint Standards for Assessing the Diversity Policies and Practices

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is seeking OMB approval for a revision to
its Annual Voluntary Credit Union Diversity Self-Assessment Form 15004, which OMB
approved on September 19, 2019, as part of its approval of “Joint Standards for Assessing the
Diversity Polices and Practices” information collection (OMB control no. 3133-0193; expiration
date – 9/30/2021). The agency seeks to revise this form by making updates to modernize the
page design of the form, condense/remove certain information to accurately capture the selfassessment by credit unions. There will be no impact to the currently approved burden based on
these changes. The NCUA believes that this constitutes a non-substantive change that can be
approved by OMB under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) without undertaking a full PRA
clearance, and requests OMB approval of the revision as a non-substantive change.
