Abstract: The purpose of these semi-structured interviews is to speak with U.S. Air Force embedded mental healthcare providers about their experiences providing mental healthcare services to airmen within the unit. U.S. Air Force embedded mental healthcare providers (e.g., psychologists, social workers; military, civilians, and contractors) are embedded within units to provide on-the-spot consultation to airmen.
