The Career Connections program is managed by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Office of Alumni Affairs (OAA). The evaluation will provide evidence to inform programmatic decision-making by the OAA, who will be the primary users of the evaluation results. Information collected will inform the design and implementation of the Career Connections program for future ECA alumni, as well as make any necessary adjustments to strengthen the program’s utility. The final report will also be made available to the public as part of ECA’s responsibility to be accountable for the use of its funds and performance of its mission.
