The purpose of this effort is to conduct a survey to identify the publicâs perceptions about the use of emerging technologies. The information from this survey will be used to provide guidance for using these technologies in a way that the public supports. Understanding public perceptions of emerging technology is critical to acquiring, fielding, and supporting technology that will have widespread adoption by the public.
