This form is used by school officials and employers to certify enrollment information to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). VA uses the information to determine the correct rate of payment and the periods of payment to persons eligible for education benefits under chapters 30, 32, 33, and 35 of title 38, U.S.C., chapter 1606 and 1607 of title 10 U.S.C., and Sections 901 and 903 of Public Law 96-342.

This figure is based on paper hardcopy, electronic original, and supplemental enrollments, and the Veteran Employment Through Technology Education Courses (VET TEC) Pilot Program, whereby two or more submissions were received on average per student annually over the 4-year period.
