Abstract: The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is currently conducting an evaluation of the TechGirls program which enables students aged 15-17 to gain exposure to a range of careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through a month-long summer scholarship program in the United States.
