When must information be submitted to the TSA?

Information must be submitted to TSA before a CCSP-K9 applicant is approved to tender screened cargo for transport on a passenger or all-cargo aircraft.

How is the information submitted?

The information must be submitted in accordance with the regulations. CCSP-K9 participants may submit information by way of e-mail at [email protected] .

What happens when complete information is received?

Once the security program is adopted and implemented, TSA will determine compliance with the program requirements through routine onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is collecting this information from Certified Cargo Screening Program participant who adopt and implement a security program. TSA estimates that the average burden for this collection is approximately 82 hours per year. This is a mandatory collection of information.
