The Third Party Canine-Cargo (3PK9-C) Certifier Order participants.

This information collection requires a 3PK9-C Certifier participant to maintain records demonstrating compliance with all statutes, regulations, directives, orders, and security programs that apply to the operations of a 3PK9-C participant.

When must information be submitted to the TSA?

Information must be submitted to TSA upon request or during a review of compliance with the program requirements through routine onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.

How is the information submitted?

The information must be submitted in accordance with the regulations. 3PK9-C Certifier participants may submit information to a TSA representative during a review of compliance or these entities may submit the information to a TSA representative by way of e-mail at [email protected].

What happens when complete information is received?

TSA will determine compliance with the program requirements through routine onsite inspections, assessments, and tests by examining the records submitted by the Participant

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is collecting this information to verify that Certified Cargo Screening Program participant maintain records demonstrating compliance with all statutes, regulations, directives, orders, and security programs that apply to the operations of a Certified Cargo Screening Program participant. TSA estimates that the average hour burden for this collection is approximately 1 hour. This is a mandatory collection of information.
