U.S Access Board Justification for Non-material/Non-substantive Change to Existing ICR:
Online ABA Complaint Form (OMB Control # 3014-0012)

The U.S. Access Board is submitting this request for a non-material/non-substantive change to
the previously-approved Online ABA Complaint Form in order to improve the form’s
accessibility (i.e., make the online form 508-compliant). These minor revisions affect only the
form’s style and formatting; they do not otherwise alter the nature of the form fields or the
types of information sought from complainants.
