Who must comply?	Airport Operators regulated under 49 CFR Part 1542.
What is this collection about?	This information collection requires airport operators that have an approved security program to conduct, maintain, and control a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) for covered individuals that does not disclose that he or she has a disqualifying criminal offense before allowing that individual to have unescorted access to areas on the airport, or to authorize others for unescorted access to areas on the airport.

When must information be submitted to the TSA?	Information must be submitted to TSA upon request, for determination of compliance with the regulation. Generally, this request is made annually.
How is the information submitted?	The information must be submitted in accordance with the regulations. Airport operators must submit the information to their TSA-designated official.
What happens when complete information is received?	TSA will determine compliance with the program requirements through routine onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.
