Airport Operators regulated under 49 CFR Part 1542.

What is this collection about?

This information collection requires airport operators to comply with each Security Directive within the time prescribed, and provide records to TSA as appropriate.

Title 49 CFR, § 1542.303; and TSA-issued Security Directives.

When must information be submitted to the TSA?

Information must be submitted to TSA within the time prescribed in the Security Directive.

How is the information submitted?

The information must be submitted in accordance with the regulations and Security Directive. Airport operators must submit the information to their TSA-designated official.

What happens when complete information is received?

TSA will determine compliance with the program requirements through routine onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.
