The information collection titled "Application, Reference Forms, and Support Letter" was broken out into 3 separate ICs to better reflect the number of respondents as well as the burden imposed on the different respondents. The number of responses increased based on the number of applications received in the past 3 years. The burden time decreased due to properly assigning response times to individual collections of information. The burden cost was removed as all applications and supporting documentation are submitted electronically.
