Extension without change of a currently approved collection
Information collection is developed to
ensure that, consistent with the terms of the January 25, 2021
Order Under Section 361 of The Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.
§ 264) and 42 Code Of Federal Regulations §§ 71.20, 71.31(B), &
71.32(B) Requirement For Negative Pre-Departure Covid-19 Test
Result Or Documentation Of Recovery From Covid-19 For All Airline
Or Other Aircraft Passengers Arriving Into The United States From
Any Foreign Country, public health authorities in the United States
can confirm that individuals have received a negative test result
for COVID-19 or have recently recovered from COVID-19 and been
cleared to travel by a licensed health care provider or public
health official prior to departing the foreign country and arriving
in the United States.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
