Cutting Redundancy
This renewal package requests an extension of a currently approved collection. There is a change in the burden as the time spent on the SAM registration is now included and the salary rates have changed.
The lien accommodation paperwork is essentially the same from one accommodation to the next. Basically, RUS places a lien on all of a borrowerâs property as security for a loan. Over time, property is bought and sold by the electric cooperative, necessitating a lien release. Lien accommodations are not common but are necessary as property owned by the borrower is sold or transferred.
