NNDSS is the nation’s public health surveillance system used to monitor the occurrence and spread of nationally notifiable conditions. NNDSS provides the official source of statistics in the United States for nationally notifiable conditions and CDC is the sole repository for these national, population-based data. This Change Request is to add 3 new COVID-19 related data elements to respondent data systems and is a one time addition.
