Privacy Notice

The information you provide to 18F will be used by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (Bureau) to better understand the needs of traditionally underserved consumers and minority groups and what the Bureau can do to better reach them.

18F will collect demographic information to determine whether you meet the criteria of those specific communities and are eligible to participate in this study. 18F will also capture audio recording during the study for note-taking purposes and to summarize the results from the study. No personally identifiable information (PII), to include your name or contact information, will be linked or associated with the feedback you provide or included in the results. The Bureau will receive a copy of the aggregated, de-identified results and the audio recordings at the conclusion of the study.

The collection of information is authorized by Pub. L. No. 111-203, Title X, Sections 1013 and 1022, codified at 12 U.S.C. §§ 5493 and 5512.
