Rule 6c-7 [17 CFR 270.6c-7] provides
registered insurance company separate accounts exemptive
relief
The estimated total annual hour
burden has increased from 115 hours to 325 hours, and the estimated
total annual burden cost has increased from $7,360 to $23,400. This
increase in hour burden and burden cost results from an increase in
the number of companies that are governed by Rule 6c-7 (142 as
opposed to 50, the last estimated number), as well as an increase
in the estimated hourly wages of compliance clerks.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
