Short Statement: The estimated total annual hour burden has increased from 115 hours to 325 hours, and the estimated total annual burden cost has increased from $7,360 to $23,400. This increase in hour burden and burden cost results from an increase in the number of companies that are governed by Rule 6c-7 (142 as opposed to 50, the last estimated number), as well as an increase in the estimated hourly wages of compliance clerks.
