All payments must be received within thirty days
of the invoice date. Charges for late payments will
be at the percentage rate based on the current value
of funds transmitted in treasury fiscal requirement
manual bulletins for each calendar quarter.

Inspection services to commence on
or as soon thereafter as appears practical to the National Marine Fisheries Service,
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, United States Department of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as NMFS).
NMFS will furnish the service of federal inspection of the aforementioned services at the aforesaid designated official establishment and also
furnish inspection reports in accordance with the applicable regulations of NMFS in effect at the time of such service is rendered.
The applicant agrees to a minimum of either
hours of services per week at the currently established rate for the type of services
rendered or number of HACCP-QMP or Approved Establishment audits deemed necessary by NMFS.
The regulations contained in Part 260 of Title 50 CFR are hereby incorporated by reference. The applicant agrees to all the provisions,
conditions and requirements set forth in the regulations and instructions contained in the Inspection Manual for the type of services rendered.
Upon approval of this application by NMFS, it shall constitute
