SCOPE is being conducted by Mathematica, an independent research organization that has frequently conducted research in early childhood settings. Mathematica’s partners in this research are Child Trends, a research nonprofit focused on improving the lives of children, youth, and their families; and the Children’s Learning Institute at the University of Texas.
