SUBJECT: OJJDP’s NTTAC Feedback Form Package

Attached is the information collection request (ICR), OJJDP’s NTTAC Feedback Form Package, for certification and submission to the Office of Management and Budget. The purpose of this package is to obtain feedback on OJJDP’s National Training and Technical Assistance Center. Data collection items generally include ratings of various aspects of the training and technical assistance activities, ratings of presenters, and open-ended questions about what was most helpful and what could be improved. OJJDP, in conjunction with ICF, has primary responsibility for overseeing this project.
