The collection is designed to
continuously assess the satisfaction and outcomes of assistance
provided through OJJDP's NTTAC for both monitoring and
accountability purposes to continuously meet the needs of the
juvenile justice field. OJJDP's NTTAC will give these forms to
recipients of training and technical assistance, OJJDP grantees,
users of the help desk, training agencies requesting services, and
other professionals receiving services.

This collection is being
reinstated. The number of evaluation instruments were reduced from
13 to 7. In addition, none of the evaluation instruments other than
the Needs Sensing Form and Field Evaluation exceed 10 minutes.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
