Abstract: The purpose of this request of Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance is to allow the Department of Commerce (DOC), as represented by the International Trade Administration (ITA), to collect information from individuals who wish to be considered for inclusion on the list of arbitrators as specified in Annex I of the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. DOC/ITA seeks renewal of this information collection.
