Abstract: For an historical analysis of BPHC, its predecessor organizations, and the Health Center Program, interviews will be held with current and former HRSA employees, as well as representatives of HRSA-funded health centers and other stakeholder organizations. The goals are to increase awareness of the Health Center Program and to inform BPHC’s future development.
