In order to gather consistent, accurate information from the institutions participating in the Federal Work Study (FWS) experiment under the Experimental Sites Initiative, we are asking that three
questions only on the FWS reporting tool be modified in the manner attached. The six institutional questions are number 10, 15, 17, 18, 21 and 22. The changes have been red-lined and
highlighted on the attached FWS reporting tool, along with a clean version that is also highlighted. The modifications to the language will not change the estimated time for an institution to
complete the reporting required for participation in the experiment and are being made to clarify the language and time-frame for the reporting that is being requested.
