No Material or Non-Substantive Change to a Currently Approved Collection
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is requesting a nonmaterial/non-substantive change to make minor editorial revisions to the Egg Regulatory Program Standards, an instrument currently approved under OMB control no. 0910-0760, “Federal-State Regulatory Program Standards.”
The changes made include correcting two misspelled words (on page 39) and updating capitalization of the word “state” to match requirements in the FDA Office of External Affair’s Style Guide. These non-substantive changes ensure accuracy of the document.
