Short Statement: There is decrease of 2,835 respondents due to a change in the number of proposals estimated to be submitted to Treasury based on current data. However, the estimated burden for each contract has been increased to 10.4 hours (from 9 hours previously), resulting in an increase of 3,783 hours in the estimated total annual burden.
