Online Compliance Guidance User Satisfaction Survey


2. PURPOSE: This is a request to add a brief user satisfaction survey to the Bureau’s online compliance and guidance webpage to better assess who uses the materials, where are meeting the needs of users, and how the materials can be improved.


3. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:


Responding to the survey will be voluntary. Respondents will be those who navigate the compliance and guidance pages on consumerfinance.gov and wish to provide feedback to content creators.

CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO 5 CFR 1320.9, AND THE RELATED PROVISIONS OF
