Short Statement: The removal of the form ST-471 “Request for Credit Card Services” as well as an adjustment in the number of respondents has created an overall decrease in the number of total burden hours. The decrease in respondents is due to a negative trend in total numbers of applicants, possibly due to increased consolidation in the seed industry.
