This is a request for OMB to approve a modification of a sub-study entitled, “ICURE Registrations 10 and 11” previously approved under the “Conference, Meeting, Workshop, and Poster Session Registration Generic Clearance (OD).” The title of the sub-study should be “ICARE Dialogues Registration 10 and 11,” instead of what was recently approved.
