The selection of targeted respondents

  1. Do you have a customer list or something similar that defines the universe of potential respondents and do you have a sampling plan for selecting from this universe? [ ] Yes [X ] No

If the answer is yes, please provide a description of both below (or attach the sampling plan)? If the answer is no, please provide a description of how you plan to identify your potential group of respondents and how you will select them?

Our respondents will be those who are voluntarily registering for the seminar. Although we will not have a list until they complete the registration, based on previous events we are expecting about 11,000 responses from our targeted audience (Researchers, Administrators, and others that are new to working with NIH). All who register will need to complete some required questions as identified in the document provided. However, we are offering some questions that are not required and will be voluntarily answered by the participant. Based on historical numbers, we are expecting 33% of those registering to complete the voluntary questions.
