Nonsubstantive Change Request

APHIS is requesting two nonsubstantive changes to the VS Form 17-145.
Correct the OMB banner estimated time to prepare the form from .5 hours to 2 hours as reported on the APHIS 71.
Change the section title from “Issuing Veterinarian” to “USDA Accredited Veterinarian”. This change clarifies authorization for preparing and submitting the form to APHIS.
Neither of these changes are substantive in nature.
