This form provides for the operation and maintenance of a roster of professional arbitrators who are available to assist governmental and private sector organizations in resolving labor disputes. The Agency uses the information supplied in this form to evaluate the credentials of applicants and determine their suitability for inclusion on the roster.

There has been a decrease in the number of applications received but has been an increase in the amount of time applicants spend completing an application. FMCS has created and introduced a new apprentice program for potential applicants which has created new opportunities for applicants. If an applicant participates in this program, there is more information for an applicant to collect and provide for each form.
