Short Statement: The Interim Final Rule detailed that the HR-EZ form should be filed for every month of manufacturing for donated eligible dairy products. After administering the program for six months and receiving a relevant comment, we have decided to further reduce burden by requiring the HR-EZ form to only be submitted once.
