This survey is used to confirm participant eligibility and to collect participation/communication preferences. The survey will be hosted by the University of Florida research team and administered via Qualtrics. Data will be stored securely and separately from all focus group/interview data.

Thank you for your interest in our research to improve Sexual Assault Leadership Training at the U.S. Air Force Academy (i.e., the SALT Study).
