In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three years. As provided by previous terms of clearance, the Bureau of Indian Affairs must enable the electronic reporting of monthly reports under 226.26 and 226.27(a) (which both now fall within 226.13(b)) by the time that this information collection request is renewed. If electronic reporting is not enabled by the renewal, OMB will not reapprove this collection.
