Why is EPA Requesting a Non-Substantive Change?
EPA is requesting a non-substantive change to the currently approved ICR, Notice of Arrival of Pesticide Devices under Section 17(c) of FIFRA. An outdated version of EPA form 3540-1 (Attachment E) was incorrectly submitted for review and approved by OMB.

Incorporation of CFR in section18b and 18c
Additional box option in PART 2 for Customs and Border Protection (Request CBP to collect samples (19 CFR 4012.116))
Revision of instructions for Importer of Record or Licensed Customs Broker
Revision of EPA Form 3540-1 instructions on Page 4
Revision of Contact Title, “Pesticide Imports Coordinator” and updated address information for EPA Regions (Regions 3, 4, 6, 7, and 10)
