PRA Language

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD may not conduct and sponsor, and a
person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless the collection displays a
valid OMB control number. This collection of information is required to fulfill Capital Fund
reporting requirements pursuant to 24 CFR 905.300. The Energy and Performance Information
Center (EPIC) system provides a streamlined way for public housing agencies (PHAs) to meet
these reporting requirements. HUD will use this information to fulfill its oversight
responsibilities. No assurances of confidentiality are provided for this information collection.
The individual public reporting burden for each instrument, including the time for reviewing
instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and
completing and reviewing the collection of information estimated to average 2 hours per
response per respondent for the 5-Year Action Plan, 1 hour per response per respondent for
the Annual Statement/Budget/P&E and 30 minutes per response per respondent for the
Document Management Center.

reporting requirements pursuant to 24 CFR 905 Subpart F. The Energy and Performance
Information Center (EPIC) system provides a streamlined way for public housing agencies
(PHAs) to meet these reporting requirements. HUD will use this information to fulfill its
oversight responsibilities. No assurances of confidentiality are provided for this information
collection. The individual public reporting burden for each instrument, including the time for
reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data
needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information estimated to average 120
hour per response per respondent for the Public Housing Development and 20 minutes per
response per respondent for the Mixed Finance Development.
For PNA
N/A as there is no collection (would require future enhancements and therefore a new PRA).
