HUD created the Energy and Performance Information Center (âEPICâ) data system to track the amount and types of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) being implemented within Public Housing units.
Revisions:
1. There was a new module implemented for EDG in EPIC that now collects applications that were previously submitted on paper to reduce the labor and less errors for submission.
2. The new digital closeout forms include AMCC/ADCC that have been automated in the Document Management Center, which was previously a paper-based process, to reduce the hours of the collection by 20.
3. Users can now enter utility conservation measures within the Five-Year Action Plan Work Activity Module for more efficient data entry that reduced the burden of the collections by approximately 60 hours.
