Dear Team Nutrition Schools/Team Nutrition CACFP,
School Year 20XX-20XX is coming to a close! Thank you for all your hard work to help students
make healthier food choices and be more physically active through lessons, events,
promotions, and school meals. More than XXX schools across the country are currently part of
the Team Nutrition School network / Team Nutrition CACFP Organizations. Together we are
working to make sure children have a healthier school environment to learn, grow, and thrive
in.
Now, it’s time to enjoy a healthy summer break. We encourage you to use Team Nutrition
Summer resources to get students and their families excited about healthy food choices and
physical activities that they can enjoy together while school is out. These resources are
available in English and Spanish. Request them through our online order form, or for bulk
orders, please send an email to [email protected].
If your school/organization staff information changes over the summer, remember to update the
information at Team Nutrition School webpage / Team Nutrition CACFP Organization webpage, so we
can all stay in touch throughout the next School Year.

This is a voluntary collection and FNS will use the information to ensure targeted electronic

unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB control number for this information
collection is 0584-0642. The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to
average 1.5 minutes (0.025 hours) per response, including the time for reviewing instructions,
searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and
